We source Web2 talents from blockchain hubs, tech hubs, universities, and from over 35+ community partners we have in the African continent, Turkey and LATAM.
We accept the best professionals through an application process where we pick the best professionals with previous experience in Web2, either technical or non-technical.
We train the accepted professionals on either technical skills ( Solidity
Development or Smart Contract Auditing) or non-technical skills (Token Researching, Content Creation, Community Management, Web3 Marketing, and Sales). The skills each talent settles for depend on their interest and strength.
After the training, we provide work opportunities for these professionals. We achieve this through partnerships with blockchain companies. We connect them with internship opportunities, entry-level positions, or even senior-level roles based on their experience and skill level.

Ongoing Smart Contract Audit Training Program by EkoLance
EkoLance is committed to providing top-notch training programs for blockchain professionals, and our current ongoing program is the Smart Contract Audit Training. This program was launched for developers who want to become Smart Contract Auditors.
Smart contracts are self-executing contracts that run on blockchain technology. They are used to automate the execution of transactions and enforce the terms of a contract. As smart contracts become more prevalent, it is essential to have blockchain professionals who know how to audit and secure them properly.
We have over 50 participants in this cohort-based online program and we have 3 corporate partners who were given speaker sessions. They will be actively hiring after the training program of 10 weeks. During the summer, we will be launching an on-demand pre-recorded course for everyone who was not able to participate in the live training but will love to take the course.
EkoLance Launched First-Ever Token Researcher & DeFi Analyst Training
EkoLance announced the launch of the first-ever Token Researcher and DeFi Analyst Training program, in collaboration with Token Research Cooperative (TRC). The training program is designed for individuals who want to become Token Researchers and DeFi Analysts to learn how to evaluate tokens and digital assets based on their fundamental value, tokenomics design, and sustainability.
The purpose of this Token Researcher and DeFi Analyst training program is to educate participants on how to identify trends, evaluate tokens, spot opportunities, and make better investment decisions. The training began yesterday April 18th, 2023. The training sessions will take place every Tuesday at 6 pm CET for 10 weeks.
Becoming a Certified Token Researcher and DeFi Analyst opens up a wealth of exciting career opportunities in the rapidly evolving blockchain and cryptocurrency industry. EkoLance is building an online hackathon platform in cooperation with HUMAN Protocol for companies to create jobs and distribute rewards to the winners.
